Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support: Provide administrative support to the team including managing travel plans, ordering office supplies, arranging deliveries and booking appointments.
- Course materials: Support the tax trainers with the preparation or updating of training materials in line with brand standards using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Event coordination: Assist with the organisation of online and in-person training events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Customer service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, answering telephone calls and maintaining shared email inboxes effectively.
- Record-keeping: Input and update of customer data in the Customer Relationship Management software (Pipedrive).
- Marketing: Support the Marketing Lead with online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Accounts: Raise sales invoices and code purchase invoices in Xero, liaising with customers and suppliers as necessary.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with trainers and other team members to help the business succeed.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a professional services, training or educational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Positive can-do attitude, motivated and willing to learn.

Pay rate of £12 - £13 per hour, depending on experience.
